Paths to Peak Wellness in Recovery

The Paths to Peak Wellness in Recovery program integrates physical fitness, nutrition and mindfulness, to help you establish your long-term recovery from addiction. This Program will kickstart your wellness recovery and progressively guide you through each day of the month in no more than thirty minutes a day.

Many of us have seen our physical and emotional health so seriously damaged by the cycle of addiction, recovery and relapse, that it is hard to see true wellness as a possibility. What we need, is a life based on habits that boost our health, vitality, confidence and happiness; positive habits that will also reduce the risk of an addiction relapse. 

Along with our team of certified specialists, I've designed the Paths to Peak Wellness in Recovery program as a way to support others on their adventure of recovery by integrating Physical Exercise, Whole Food Nutrition and Focused Relaxation.   Little or no equipment is required so you can do it in the privacy of your own home-even hotel room when traveling.

I believe that recovery should not just be about giving something up. Recovery is about creating a fuller, richer, healthier life than you could have ever imagined. It is a chance to travel the path to true wellness: health of the body, mind and spirit.  

PATHS TO PEAK WELLNESS IN RECOVERY PROGRAM:

 Short, progressive exercise videos that will help you increase your strength, endurance and flexibility while carefully avoiding injury. Suitable for all levels, you can push yourself as as far as you need with variations provided for different fitness levels.

Twice-weekly nutrition video lessons. Our holistic nutrition expert will provide no-nonsense, no-fad, whole food nutrition guidance. Learn to examine your eating and cooking habits and introduce small, progressive changes to help you feel your best.

 Our certified hypnotherapist has created a structured sequence of daily focused relaxations to help keep your mind on your goals, reduce your stress and anxiety, and boost sleep and confidence.

 Weekly goal setting

 Private journal to track your progress and print off as a record

 Weekly recovery check-in video workbooks

 Membership in our small, private online group (online discussion support threads + bi-weekly coaching calls)

 

Those who have completed Paths to Peak Wellness in Recovery are eligible to enroll in our one-on-one personal Mentoring Program.
